凉水井选煤厂能力提升工艺设计优化

摘要: 针对凉水井选煤厂目前600Mt/a的处理能力与矿井现800Mt/a提升能力不匹配、选煤厂块煤洗选系统和末煤洗选系统实际入洗能力不匹配、原煤矸石易泥化、煤泥水系统负荷饱和等生产现状,通过分析原煤煤质粒度组成等特征,充分考虑选煤厂既有生产现状和工业场地实际情况,结合产品用户对发热量等指标的要求,本着对生产影响最小,投资最少的原则,通过优化选煤厂工艺,可以充分发挥选煤厂各洗选系统处理能力,达到增加选煤厂处理能力的目的,以满足矿井生产要求。

Abstract: The current production status of 6.00 mt / a in Liang Shui Jing coal preparation plant does not match with the current situation of 8.00 / a lifting capacity of coal mine, lump coal washing system and dust coal washing system, raw coal gangue yi, load saturation of coal slurry system, etc., taking into account the existing production status and industrial site conditions of coal preparation plant, combining with the requirements of product users on calorific value, in line with the principle of minimum impact on production and minimum investment, through optimizing the process of coal preparation plant, the processing capacity of each washing system can be fully utilized to increase the processing capacity of coal preparation plant..
